Disposition versions
94. Where an amendment is made to this plan, Retraite Québec shall prepare a report indicating to what extent the amendment affects the results of the most recent actuarial valuation.
The contribution rate shall be revised on 1 January following the date on which an amendment resulting in an additional cost is made to the plan.
